Main Lobby
Located on the first floor, this space can accommodate 75 – 100 people. Great for networking or social events, tabling activities, displays, etc. The main floor does not have a whiteboard/projector, but lobby screens may be available for use depending on event needs.
Classroom 104
Located on the first floor, this space is good for events, large meetings and lectures. It is approximately 46 feet-by-39 feet and seats 42 comfortably (max 110 with with additional chairs from Flexx and tables added to the room). Tables (22) and chairs (75+) can easily be rearranged in different configurations based on event needs. This space includes: whiteboard, projector, microphone, Clickshare adapters, Multi USB adapters, a rolling podium and space for catering. The classroom also has an Owl video conferencing system available for live-stream/hybrid meetings and events. Recently, the classroom added a computer set up with wireless keyboard and mouse usage on a high top podium table which gives the option of a central hub for presentations and live conference set up.
Coal Bunker
Located on the first floor, this space (18 ft-by-18 ft) can fit 6 people comfortably with a maximum of 8 around a high top table (7.5 ft x 3.9 ft). Great for small meetings, interviews, etc. This room comes with a whiteboard, a 55-inch flatscreen TV, Clickshare adapters, and can have catering set up outside the space.
Conference Room 202
Located on the second floor, this hexagonal-shaped space (20 ft x 12.5 ft) can fit up to 10 by adding two additional chairs around a hexagonal-shaped table (10 ft x 3.5 ft). Great for team meetings and small lectures, this space can also provide catering outside the room. This space features a white board, computer set up, 55-inch TV, Owl, Clickshare adapter and a conference speaker room.
Conference Room 243
Located on the second floor, this 15 ft-by-17.5 ft space fits up to 12 by adding two additional chairs. Great for team meetings and small lectures, this space can also provide catering outside the room. This space also features a whiteboard, a 55-inch flat screen TV, a Clickshare adapter, a conference phone and a computer set up with a wireless keyboard and mouse.
Board Room 342
Located on the third floor, this larger space that is 30 ft-by-22 ft fits up to 16 people in luxury rolling chairs around a large U-shaped conference table (18 ft x 7.5 ft). It is a great for board meetings, small lectures and lunch & learns. This space comes with a long white board, a 66-inch flatscreen TV, Clickshare adapters, a conference speaker phone, Owl, and a computer set up that includes a wireless keyboard and mouse. There is also a 8ft-by-2 ft table that can be used for catering in the room.
4th Floor Deck (Outside)
Located on the fourth floor, this space fits up to 30. Great for networking events, socials/receptions and team meetings. This space is weather-permitting.
