About Teagan

Teagan Bailey is a Research Associate at METEC, where he assists in the design and construction of controlled methane release systems. His work involves a combination of hands-on fabrication and CAD modeling to support research in methane emissions detection and mitigation.

He earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Colorado State University, where during his undergraduate studies he worked on a hybrid hydrogen fuel cell with the REACH CoLab at the Energy Institute. His experience spans both design and construction, allowing him to develop and implement practical engineering solutions.
