Radi Alsulami is a PhD student in the Mechanical Engineering Department at Colorado State University under the advisement of Dr. Bret Windom. His research focuses on investigating the effect of atomization and evaporation processes – preferential vaporization for multicomponent fuels – as well as the physical and chemical properties of single and multicomponent liquid fuels on flame behavior and stability. He received his Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado at Denver in 2014. He studied his undergrad in King Abdulaziz University at Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, where he received his Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering. Alsulami has participated and presented in number of conferences, such as the 10th US National Combustion Meeting, the Western States Section of the Combustion Institute (WSSCI), and the AIAA SciTech Forum 2018.
