Each human’s behavior is a product of their own background, personality, values, and environment. The interaction between these factors is complex, and trying to convince people to act in a certain way is never easy. So when policymakers are creating policies that seek to change human behavior regarding energy usage, it helps to have inside knowledge about how people perceive and interact with clean energy.
